How It Works

💬 Step 1: Send Us a Message

Start by sending us a WhatsApp message introducing yourself en your wedding date. Share any inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or reference images of styles you love. The more detail you share, the better we can guide you.

👗 Step 2: Design Consultatie

Our Bruids specialist will review your references en discuss design options met you — Silhouet, Halslijn, Mouwen, Stof, embellishments, Sleep length, en any Maatwerk modifications. We will prepare a detailed design summary voor your approval.

📏 Step 3: Send Your Maten

Once the design is confirmed, we will send you our Remote Measurement Guide. You take your Maten at home en send them to us via WhatsApp. Our team reviews every measurement set carefully.

💳 Step 4: Order Confirmation & Deposit

We send you a full order summary including design Details, timeline, en pricing. A deposit is Vereist to begin Productie. Betaling is made securely through our Shopify store.

✂️ Step 5: Productie Begins

Your Jurk enters our atelier. Productie takes 6–8 weeks. We share progress photos en updates via WhatsApp throughout the process.

📦 Step 6: Delivery to Your Door

Your finished Jurk is quality-checked, carefully packaged, en shipped Wereldwijd via DHL, FedEx, or UPS met full tracking. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
