About Our Dresses

Are your dresses really made to order?
Yes. Every single gown we create is made from scratch based on your personal measurements and design preferences. We do not sell off-the-rack or pre-made dresses. Your gown is crafted exclusively for you.
Can I customize the design?
Absolutely. We welcome customization requests including neckline changes, sleeve modifications, fabric choices, embellishment preferences, train length, and more. Share your ideas during the consultation and we will advise on what is possible.
How closely will my dress match the reference photo I send?
We aim for high visual similarity to your reference design. However, as each gown is handcrafted using available premium materials, minor variations in lace pattern, stone placement, or fabric texture may occur. We are transparent about this from the start — your gown will be beautiful and unique, not a factory copy.
What silhouettes do you offer?
We specialize in mermaid / fit-and-flare, A-line, ball gown / princess, and straight / column silhouettes. We also create modest and long-sleeve bridal gowns. Browse our collections for inspiration.
Measurements & Fit

How do I take my measurements at home?
We provide a detailed Remote Measurement Guide with step-by-step instructions and illustrations. You will need a soft measuring tape and ideally a helper. It takes about 10–15 minutes.
What if my measurements change before the dress is ready?
Please inform us immediately if your measurements change significantly during production. Minor alterations after delivery are normal and expected — we recommend budgeting for a local tailor visit for final fitting adjustments.
Do you offer plus-size gowns?
Yes. We create gowns for all body types and sizes. Simply provide your measurements and we will craft a gown that fits and flatters your figure beautifully.
Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Start by contacting us via WhatsApp or through our product pages. We will guide you through design selection, measurements, and order confirmation before any payment is made.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before your gown is shipped. Full payment details are shared during the order confirmation process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available through our secure Shopify checkout.
Production & Timeline
How long does it take to make my dress?
Standard production time is 6–8 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and deposit is received. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please contact us before ordering if you have an urgent timeline.
Will I receive updates during production?
Yes. We share progress photos and updates via WhatsApp throughout the production process so you can follow your gown's creation in real time.
What if my wedding date is less than 8 weeks away?
Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order. Depending on our current workload, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. We will always be honest about what is possible.
Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to all countries worldwide via tracked express courier services including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
How long does shipping take?
International delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your gown is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number immediately upon shipment.
Who pays for import duties and taxes?
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Returns & After-Sales
Can I return my dress?
As each gown is custom-made to your measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind. However, if there is a clear production defect or a significant mismatch from the confirmed design, we review each case individually. Our priority solutions are: alteration support, partial refund for local tailor assistance, or a remake if necessary.
What if the dress doesn't fit perfectly upon arrival?
Minor fit adjustments are normal with any made-to-order garment. We recommend visiting a local tailor for final fitting touches. We are happy to provide guidance on what alterations may be needed.
