Versand Timeline

Please note that Versand time is separate von Produktionszeit.

• Produktionszeit: 6–8 weeks von order confirmation
• Versand time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated time: Approximately 7–9 weeks von order to delivery

⚠️ We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 weeks before your wedding date to allow time für any unexpected delays und local alterations.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your Kleid is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via WhatsApp und email. You can track your shipment in real time directly on the courier’s website.

Packaging

Your Kleid is carefully steamed, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, und packed in a premium garment box designed für safe international transport. We take every precaution to ensure your Kleid arrives in perfect condition.

Import Duties & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, und local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not inklusive in our product prices or Versand fees und are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order. We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or undervalue packages on customs declarations.

Rush Orders & Urgent Delivery

If your wedding date is approaching und you need your Kleid urgently, please Kontakt us via WhatsApp before placing your order. We will assess our current Produktion schedule und advise on whether a rush order is possible. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Versand Costs
