Step 1: Free online konsultacja

Your journey begins z a free konsultacja via WhatsApp or email. Share your inspiration photos, describe your dream sukienka, i tell us about your wedding date i budget. Our Ślubny specialists will guide you through available styles, fabrics, i customization options.

✉️ You can also send us reference images, Pinterest boards, or photos of dresses you love — we will help you refine your vision into a clear design brief.

Step 2: Design Confirmation

Once we understand your vision, we prepare a detailed design summary including sylwetka, dekolt, rękaw styl, tkanina choices, zdobienie szczegóły, tren length, i any indywidualny modifications. You review i approve the design before produkcja begins.

Step 3: Remote Measurement Guide

We send you our detailed Remote Measurement Guide — a step-by-step illustrated guide that makes it easy to take your own wymiary accurately at home. You will need a soft measuring tape i a helper.

The wymiary we collect include:

• Bust, waist, i hips
• Shoulder width i arm length

• Heel height (dla length calibration)
• Wedding date i delivery country

Our team reviews every measurement set i may follow up z clarifying questions to ensure a perfect fit.

Step 4: Order Confirmation & płatność

Once your design i wymiary are confirmed, we send your official order summary. A deposit is wymagane to begin produkcja. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Wszystko payments are processed securely through our Shopify store.

Step 5: Handcrafting Your suknia

This is where the magic happens. Our skilled atelier team begins handcrafting your suknia using premium Ślubny fabrics, hand-placed crystals, beaded koronka appliqués, i couture-level embellishments. Every detail is executed z precision i care.

Throughout produkcja, we share progress updates i photos via WhatsApp so you can follow your suknia's creation w real time.

Step 6: Quality Control & Packaging

Before shipment, every suknia undergoes a thorough quality control inspection. Your sukienka is then carefully steamed, wrapped w tissue paper, i packed w a premium garment box dla safe international delivery.

Step 7: na cały świat Delivery

Your suknia is shipped via tracked express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to your delivery address. Tracking information is shared z you immediately upon dispatch. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
