We ship to all countries worldwide. Whether you are in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Australia, or anywhere else, we will deliver your gown to you.

Shipping Timeline

Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.

• Production time: 6–8 weeks from order confirmation
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated time: Approximately 7–9 weeks from order to delivery

⚠️ We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for any unexpected delays and local alterations.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your gown is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can track your shipment in real time directly on the courier’s website.

Packaging

Your gown is carefully steamed, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and packed in a premium garment box designed for safe international transport. We take every precaution to ensure your dress arrives in perfect condition.

Import Duties & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order. We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or undervalue packages on customs declarations.

Rush Orders & Urgent Delivery

If your wedding date is approaching and you need your gown urgently, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order. We will assess our current production schedule and advise on whether a rush order is possible. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the weight of your order. We aim to offer competitive international shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos and your order details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
