How It Works

💬 Step 1: Send Us a Message

Start by sending us a WhatsApp message introducing yourself and your wedding date. Share any inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or reference images of styles you love. The more detail you share, the better we can guide you.

👗 Step 2: Design Consultation

Our bridal specialist will review your references and discuss design options with you — silhouette, neckline, sleeves, fabric, embellishments, train length, and any custom modifications. We will prepare a detailed design summary for your approval.

📏 Step 3: Send Your Measurements

Once the design is confirmed, we will send you our Remote Measurement Guide. You take your measurements at home and send them to us via WhatsApp. Our team reviews every measurement set carefully.

💳 Step 4: Order Confirmation & Deposit

We send you a full order summary including design details, timeline, and pricing. A deposit is required to begin production. Payment is made securely through our Shopify store.

✂️ Step 5: Production Begins

Your gown enters our atelier. Production takes 6–8 weeks. We share progress photos and updates via WhatsApp throughout the process.

📦 Step 6: Delivery to Your Door

Your finished gown is quality-checked, carefully packaged, and shipped worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
