Distance Sales Agreement

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NISAI Bridal ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") who places an order through the website nisai.site.

1. SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. BUYER INFORMATION

The Buyer's name, surname, address, phone number, and email address as provided during the order process shall constitute the Buyer's information under this Agreement.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand, color, size, and sale price (including all taxes) of the product(s) are as specified on the order summary page at the time of purchase.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is collected at the time of order via the payment method selected by the Buyer. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes.

6. DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are communicated at checkout. NISAI Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or third-party carriers.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Due to the custom-made and personalized nature of our bridal gowns and accessories, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. For ready-to-ship items, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@nisai.site, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

8. RETURN AND REFUND

Returns are subject to our Return Policy available at nisai.site/pages/strict-return-policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

9. PRIVACY

Personal data collected during the order process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at nisai.site/pages/privacy-policy.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Seller's registered location.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase on nisai.site, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
