At Nil Wedding Dress, we have designed a seamless, fully online process that allows brides anywhere in the world to receive a luxury, made-to-order wedding gown — crafted exclusively for them. No showroom visits. No in-person fittings. Just a beautifully guided journey from your first message to your perfect dress.

Step 1: Free Online Consultation

Your journey begins with a free consultation via WhatsApp or email. Share your inspiration photos, describe your dream dress, and tell us about your wedding date and budget. Our bridal specialists will guide you through available styles, fabrics, and customization options.

Step 2: Design Confirmation

Once we understand your vision, we prepare a detailed design summary including silhouette, neckline, sleeve style, fabric choices, embellishment details, train length, and any custom modifications. You review and approve the design before production begins.

Step 3: Remote Measurement Guide

We send you our detailed Remote Measurement Guide — a step-by-step illustrated guide that makes it easy to take your own measurements accurately at home. You will need a soft measuring tape and a helper.

The measurements we collect include:

• Bust, waist, and hips
• Shoulder width and arm length
• Dress length and height
• Heel height (for length calibration)
• Wedding date and delivery country

Our team reviews every measurement set and may follow up with clarifying questions to ensure a perfect fit.

Step 4: Order Confirmation & Payment

Once your design and measurements are confirmed, we send your official order summary. A deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipment. All payments are processed securely through our Shopify store.

Step 5: Handcrafting Your Gown

This is where the magic happens. Our skilled atelier team begins handcrafting your gown using premium bridal fabrics, hand-placed crystals, beaded lace appliqués, and couture-level embellishments. Every detail is executed with precision and care.

⏱️ Standard production time: 6–8 weeks. Rush orders may be available — please contact us before ordering.

Throughout production, we share progress updates and photos via WhatsApp so you can follow your gown's creation in real time.

Step 6: Quality Control & Packaging

Before shipment, every gown undergoes a thorough quality control inspection. Your dress is then carefully steamed, wrapped in tissue paper, and packed in a premium garment box for safe international delivery.

Step 7: Worldwide Delivery

Your gown is shipped via tracked express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to your delivery address. Tracking information is shared with you immediately upon dispatch. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
